8866 W Pico Blvd.
Los Angeles, CA 90035

The Howard and Irene Levine Senior Community is a new affordable housing development for low-income seniors, formerly homeless seniors, and veterans ages 62+. Formerly known as Pico Robertson Senior Community, this community is a unique mixed-use public-private partnership development providing needed affordable senior housing in the culturally historic Pico Robertson community of Los Angeles.

This event will be live-streamed for those who cannot attend in person.

Through their advocacy, philanthropy, and community service, Howard J. and Irene Levine have upheld a singular commitment to promoting quality, affordable housing for all. Mercy Housing gratefully honors the Levine family’s transformational 2021 gift and decades of fruitful partnership with the naming of the Howard and Irene Levine Senior Community, an inclusive and supportive community in which generations of Los Angeles’s seniors will live and thrive.

Our focus remains on the wellbeing of our guests, staff, and residents, and conducting our events in a responsible manner.

Mercy Housing California’s protocols follow the latest guidance from the CDC and state and local health authorities. Guests are encouraged to wear face masks and practice social distancing for the duration of this event. Our protocols may change as we consider new guidance from health agencies.

We sincerely appreciate your support of these health and safety protocols.
