About Mercy Terrace

Virtual lottery will be conducted Friday August 29, 2025, at 11:00AM and lottery results will be posted by Friday September 5, 2025, on DAHLIA San Francisco Housing Portal.
Mercy Terrace is a pet friendly community for seniors ages 62 and above featuring 157 renovated studio and 1-bedroom apartments. Centrally located close to shopping, restaurants, public transportation and parks.
Residents will pay approximately 30% of their household adjusted income in rent. Income and Occupancy restrictions apply.
