About Batavia Apartments
The Batavia Apartments is located in Batavia, Illinois. Batavia Apartments is a 290 unit multifamily housing development, comprised of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Of our apartments, 258 are subsidized through the HUD Section 8 Program under which our residents pay only 30% of their adjusted income for rent. The remaining 32 apartments are Market Rate apartments. We have 18, three story garden style walk up buildings with extensive grounds that include a children’s playground area and fenced basketball court. Batavia Apartments also offers a Resident Resource Center with computer lab, where our residents can gather for tutoring services, educational programs and many other personal enrichment activities. A Resident Service Coordinator is on staff to provide our residents with support and advocacy while linking them to the community services available in your area.
