Plazas de Merced is a 25-unit property in the Phoenix metro area. The property consists of four scattered sites that contain between five and eight units each. The apartments represent a collaboration between Dignity Health and Mercy Housing to provide long-term rental and supportive services for small, low-income families that include at least one family member who lives with special needs.
