About Heritage Corner/Heritage Row
Heritage Corner & Row is a scattered site development in the Cuyler-Brownsville neighborhood. The former Ogeechee Apartments were redeveloped as 32 units of affordable housing and were renamed Heritage Corner. Heritage Row consisted of the rehabilitation of 23 units of historic row housing. Additionally, new duplex-style affordable units are scattered throughout the neighborhood bringing the total units developed to 70.
