Mercy Housing’s National Lending and Development Consulting division partnered with Catholic Charities of Oklahoma City and the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City to redevelop a nursing home in Lawton, Okla. The property includes energy-efficient windows and appliances, low-formaldehyde plywood, water-permeable paving and other environmentally safe features.
