The Denver Regional TOD Fund has accelerated new development near public transit stops including 1,450 affordable homes, a new public library, and more than 100,000 square feet of commercial and nonprofit space. It supports local employment, education, and access to services and enables these communities to thrive. Commute time directly affects people’s opportunities to escape poverty. Shorter commutes mean more time with family, and daily life is a little more predictable.
