
Jul 11Affordable Housing Program accepting applications
The Affordable Housing Program (AHP) is a competitive grant program that provides gap financing for the acquisition, rehabilitation, or new construction of qualifying owner-occupied and rental housing projects. This year’s AHP round for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka opened July 1 with a maximum subsidy of $1.5 million per project. The round closes on August 15, with the award announcement no later than December 31.
