After eight months of searching for an apartment, Vanessa received a phone call from Mercy Housing’s Decatur Place Apartments in Denver.

When Girly Martens came to Mercy Housing’s Mason Apartments last October, it was clear to Resident Services Coordinator, Chadi El-Khoury, that she and her two year old son, Joshua, were in desperate need of help.

  Jennifer Erixon, President of Mercy Housing Colorado, was named one of Affordable Housing Finance Magazine’s 2009 Young Leaders. The magazine will profile Jennifer and the 11 other Young Leaders in their September 2009 issue. Jennifer is responsible for leading Mercy Housing Colorado’s operations, including the oversight of affordable housing development, fundraising and resident services.

Mercy Housing Colorado is looking for volunteers to help install a new playground on June 24 at Decatur Place Apartments in Denver.
