Later this year, The Paragon Apartments in Mauldin, South Carolina, will open its doors to low-income families and unhoused individuals. Conveniently located near medical facilities, educational institutions, and employment opportunities, this affordable housing community will offer 88 brand-new apartment homes. Residents will have free onsite amenities, including shared spaces, a gym, workstations, and a playground
